  • Most people say I sacrifice a lot doing so, I see it as a choice. I also love being up before everyone else there no better feeling than finishing a workout before the sun has risen.

  • Anything to do with the ocean and the outdoors.

  • Early rise, ride down for a coffee at the local just as they open. Head for an early swim and some breakfast by the beach with my girlfriend. Lay in the in the sun for a few hours followed by some a little antipasto plate with a beer or a glass of wine watching the sunset. Early to bed.

  • Being competitive, terrible (slow) drinker, loving my food.

  • I’m a qualified carpenter by trade. I’m fascinated by entrepreneurs.
