400ml chilled rice milk
1/3 cup (90g) low fat natural (Greek style) thick yoghurt
1 large (about 230g) ripe banana, peeled & chopped
2 tablespoons Perfect Protein Vanilla powder
1 tablespoon (10g) fine rice bran
1½ tablespoons (30ml) maple syrup
Place the rice milk into a blender jug add yoghurt, banana, protein powder, rice bran and maple syrup.
Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
Per serve: 1080kj (257 cal), 10g protein, 42g carbs, 35g sugars, 4g fat (2g sat), 3g fibre.
