1/2 x Aussie Bodies Low Carb Protein Bar (chopped)
140 grams / 1 serving of yoghurt (plain)
1 scoop of Aussie Bodies Chocolate Perfect Protein
1 Cup of mixed berries
In a bowl mix the protein powder and yoghurt.
At the bottom of a jar, place some berries.
Layer the yoghurt over the fruit.
Place some more berries on top, as well as chopped up protein bar.
Ready to serve.
